(NorCalTruth) – Earlier this year 9/11 blogger, along with other websites, ran the story of a Freedom of Information Act request that ended up releasing 3,160 electronic records relating to the World Trade Center collapse investigation. It was a small story as there seemed to be very little information on who requested the FOIA, nor had people sifted through the entire release yet. Continue reading
(NaturalNews) – As CNN is now reporting, the U.S. government has issued a new rule that would make it a felony crime for any journalist, reporter, blogger or photographer to approach any oil cleanup operation, equipment or vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. Anyone caught is subject to arrest, a $40,000 fine and prosecution for a federal felony crime.
CNN reporter Anderson Cooper says, “A new law passed today, and back by the force of law and the threat of fines and felony charges, … will prevent reporters and photographers from getting anywhere close to booms and oil-soaked wildlife just about any place we need to be. By now you’re probably familiar with cleanup crews stiff-arming the media, private security blocking cameras, ordinary workers clamming up, some not even saying who they’re working for because they’re afraid of losing their jobs.” Continue reading
(KurtNimmo) – Remember Linda Sánchez? She is the California Democrat and Obama super delegate who sponsored the Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act that would imprison people for using the internet and other “electronic means” to say unkind things about other people.
Law professor and blogger Eugene Volokh pointed out in May of 2009 that the law was so broad it might be used to ensnared newspaper reporters and journalists after they write acrimonious editorials. “The examples could be multiplied pretty much indefinitely,” writes Volokh. “The law, if enacted, would clearly be facially overboard (and probably unconstitutionally vague), and would thus be struck down on its face under the First Amendment,” Volokh wrote.
Ms. Sánchez has made headlines again. On Tuesday Sánchez told a Democratic Club that white supremacist groups are influencing lawmakers to adopt laws that will lead to discrimination. “There’s a concerted effort behind promoting these kinds of laws on a state-by-state basis by people who have ties to white supremacy groups,” she said, according to Fox News. “It’s been documented. It’s not mainstream politics.” Continue reading
(Politico) – The Obama administration’s crackdown on leaks to the press has snared a high-profile conviction of an FBI linguist, who was sentenced to 20 months in prison Monday after pleading guilty to giving classified information to a blogger.
The sentence for Shamai Leibowitz is likely to become the longest ever served by a government employee accused of passing national security secrets to a member of the media. His case represents only the third known conviction in U.S. history for a government official or contractor providing classified information to the press.
And it reflects a surprising development: President Barack Obama’s Justice Department has taken a hard line against leakers, and Obama himself has expressed anger about disclosures of national security deliberations in the press. Read entire article
(911Blogger) – Swiss MYSTERIES magazine covers nanothermite-research, did interviews with Niels Harrit and german “debunker” Gunnar Ries
The Swiss MYSTERIES magazine, print edition 3/2010, covers the story of nanothermite and a dispute between Harrit and german “debunker” Dr. Gunnar Ries. Ries made up a blog back in early 2010 and made a bunch of claims why the study wasn’t that good at all- and Prof. Harrit responded to his claims. Ries did suggest to do his own testing on the chips, if he get some.
MYSTERIES also asked swiss engineers who once claimed that WTC 7 was controlled demolition again on their standing. Read More Here

9/11 is still the only day that a steel-framed high-rise building has been brought down completely by fire according to N.I.S.T. This is just one more example of why that is ridculous Read More Here
(Seminal) – Into The Fire: 9/11, & The Unknown War for Public Opinion
Contrary to propaganda opinion, the West is not free. Our so-called democratic governments have not been honest with the people about the true origins of the government-made crisis that is called terrorism. And I am not coming from an anti-government perspective. Nor do I believe that non-state terrorism doesn’t exist. It does, but it must be put into context, and any terrorist threat must be handled with detective tools rather than predator drones. But the larger threat to human civilization that we must face and fight against is state terrorism. Read More Here

(911Blogger) – Careful investigation leads one to notice that a number of intriguing groups of people and organizations converged on the events of September 11th, 2001. An example is the group of men who were members of Cornell University’s Quill & Dagger society. This included Paul Wolfowitz, National Security Advisors Sandy Berger and Stephen Hadley, Marsh & McLennan executive Stephen Friedman, and the founder of Kroll Associates, Jules Kroll. Another interconnected group of organizations is linked to these Cornell comrades, and is even more interesting in terms of its members being integral to the events of 9/11, and having benefited from those events. Increasingly, Google and its properties — the vastly popular video site YouTube and equally popular Blogger — are tools for shutting down opposition to the government. On the weekend, Google removed an Alex Jones video critical of Obama’s policies. Google classified the video as “hate speech” because the corporation allegedly received complaints the content of the video was racist. In the video, Alex appears as “Obama the Joker,” as depicted in a now infamous street art poster. Continue reading
