(AmericanFreePress) – In a series of events which has caused wide notice and a storm of protests, the government of Mexico, through its consulate in New York in the United Nations, has announced it will begin patrolling the New York City borough of Staten Island to “safeguard” its nationals there.
The actions of Mexico come after a series of incidents the Mexican government terms “bias attacks.”
Ironically, these so-called “hate crimes” have been perpetrated by blacks and Asians, indicative of rising tensions between various ethnic groups in the U.S. The Catholic Examiner and NBC New York both reported the Mexican government’s intention to mount surveillance, patrol and police in and around the Staten Island community of Port Richmond, which in recent years has seen a large influx of Mexican illegal immigrants. (WolvesOfLiberty) – Nullification – it’s all the rage these days – and a big part of that effort is educating Sheriffs across the country about their constitutional duties as the ultimate law enforcement power broker in their county. Thanks to retired Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack and his strategy of No Sheriff Left Behind, a number of Sheriffs are beginning to stand up to federal tyranny as they exercise their authority as a county’s top cop. Finally, the false meme of federal supremacy over the states is beginning to crumble. Continue reading →
(RawStory) – A Republican state house candidate from northern Florida is standing by her proposal to build internment camps for undocumented immigrants that would “collect enough illegal aliens until you have enough to ship them back.”
Marg Baker, who’s one of three GOP candidates running for the nomination for Florida’s 48th district, made the announcement earlier this month at a meeting of the 9-12 Project, Glenn Beck’s political activist group.
“We can follow what happened back in the ’40s or ’50s [when] I was just a little girl in Miami and they built camps for the people that snuck into the country,” Baker said.
“Because they were illegal, they put them in the camps and they shipped them back,” Baker said, to applause.
Her pronouncement “stunned” the district’s Republican incumbent, Peter Nehr. Full article here
(WPost) – The Obama administration on Friday urged the Supreme Court to review and set aside an Arizona law that sanctions employers who hire illegal immigrants, saying it would disrupt the “careful balance” that Congress struck in federal immigration law.
The act in question is not the strict new Arizona law that President Obama and other members of his administration have criticized. That measure authorizes police to question the immigration status anyone who appears to be in the country illegally.
The law being challenged, the Legal Arizona Workers Act, imposes tougher sanctions than federal law for hiring illegal workers. If the court chooses to hear the case, its ruling could show how receptive the justices would be to arguments that enforcing immigration laws is a federal responsibility that cannot be usurped by the states. (WakeUp1776) – New World Order Freaking Out Over Arizona Law
For the first time in a long time I feel that the globalist/communist/international banker/progressives (aka the “New World Order”) are in a reaction phase due to this Arizona law. They are not used to reacting. They are used to being proactive in taking away our sovereignty. They have been in charge for a very long time and are now starting to see an uprising like never before. Read More Here

(CNSNews) – Mexican President Denounces Arizona Law Despite Laws Against Illegal Immigration in His Own Country
At a joint press conference in the White House Rose Garden on Wednesday, President Barack Obama and Mexican President Felipe Calderon criticized Arizona’s new law against illegal immigration.
Calderon, through a translator, called the law “discriminatory,” while Obama said the wording of the law was “troublesome” and could lead to innocent people being “harassed or arrested.”Read More Here

(Infowars) – Agenda 21 Alert: Immigration Theater
The purpose of the federal government’s neglect of protecting the border with Mexico is so that illegal immigrants can pass through it, virtually at will, in order to create a nearly open border. This accomplishes the globalists’ objectives of weakening sovereignty and nationalism, developingeconomic strife, and fomenting discord between taxpaying citizens and illegal immigrants, which are necessary elements to implement the North American Union. Further, it sets the stage for amnesty and the federal government’s immigration bill that would establish a national ID card for all workers, the inroad to REAL ID. Continue reading →
(WPost) – A cross-border drug gang born in the prison cells of Texas has evolved into a sophisticated paramilitary killing machine that U.S. and Mexican officials suspect is responsible for thousands of assassinations here, including the recent ambush and slaying of three people linked to the U.S. consulate.
The heavily tattooed Barrio Azteca gang members have long operated across the border in El Paso, dealing drugs and stealing cars. But in Ciudad Juarez, the organization now specializes in contract killing for the Juarez drug cartel. According to U.S. law enforcement officers, it may have been involved in as many as half of the 2,660 killings in the city in the past year. Read More Here

(Rense) – Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona signed a law – SB 1070 – that prohibits the harboring of illegal aliens and makes it a state crime for an alien to commit certain federal immigration crimes. It also requires police officers who, in the course of a traffic stop or other law-enforcement action, come to a “reasonable suspicion” that a person is an illegal alien verify the person’s immigration status with the federal government.
Predictably, groups that favor relaxed enforcement of immigration laws, including the American Civil Liberties Union and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, insist the law is unconstitutional. Less predictably, President Obama declared it “misguided” and said the Justice Department would take a look.
Presumably, the government lawyers who do so will actually read the law, something its critics don’t seem to have done. The arguments we’ve heard against it either misrepresent its text or are otherwise inaccurate. As someone who helped draft the statute, I will rebut the major criticisms individually: Continue reading →
(HuffingtonPost) – The Democratic proposal includes increased money for border patrol and drug war agents, equipment, helicopters and unmanned drones. It would create a national ID — which is dubbed a “biometric social security card.” Though Democrats insist that it is not an ID card and can only be used for employment purposes.
The proposal would also include a crackdown on employers who hire undocumented workers. It works to deport some immigrants
who are not in the country legally and creates a limited …. Read More Here
(Jurist) – The conservative “states’ rights” mantra sweeping our country has led to one of the most egregious wrongs in recent U.S. history. New legislation in Arizona requires law enforcement officers to stop everyone whom they have “reasonable suspicion” to believe is an undocumented immigrant and arrest them if they fail to produce their papers. What constitutes “reasonable suspicion”? When asked what an undocumented person looks like, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, who signed SB 1070 into law last week, said, “I don’t know what an undocumented person looks like.” The bill does not prohibit police from relying on race or ethnicity in deciding who to stop. It is unlikely that officers will detain Irish or German immigrants to check their documents. This law unconstitutionally criminalizes “walking while brown” in Arizona. Continue reading →
(Independent) – The current $350 million ad campaign for the 2010 Census, including the much-maligned $2.5 million Super Bowl spots, urges individuals to “Tell your story.” The Census Bureau is particularly eager for minorities and illegal immigrants to do so, as they are traditionally believed to be the most undercounted. There exists an explosive hot-button issue that U.S. government officials don’t want revealed to the American public; namely, that internment camps have been established—and are at the ready to detain citizens if mass insurrections occur. Under FEMA’s National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), potential trigger events could be economic collapse, widespread bank closures, massive social unrest (possibly due to proof that Barack Obama is not natural-born), or a flu pandemic. After federal border agents detained several Mexican immigrants in western New York in June, an article about the incident in a local newspaper drew an onslaught of vitriolic postings on its Web site. Still others made personal attacks about the reporter who wrote the article. Continue reading →

While federal agencies across the country write dossiers on how some of the most patriotic people in America are terrorists and criminals, the Obama administration is set to embark on a push to legalize the estimated 20 million immigrants who have already broken the law by entering the country illegally.

Texas officials say contingency plans are in place for collapse of Mexico, policy only covers “law enforcement” needs, does not address humanitarian issues
The news that Texas officials are working on contingency plans to deal with a sudden influx of illegal aliens following a collapse of the Mexican government has sparked fears that FEMA detention camps, the expansion of which is the subject of current legislation in Congress, are being readied to detain thousands of illegals as well as American citizens. MIAMI — Unemployed and strapped for cash, Floridians are asking for state assistance to feed their families in record numbers.
In the last two years, the number of Floridians on food stamps has increased more than 40 percent to 1.7 million. That increase is the highest in the nation, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. And it’s the second-largest jump in the state’s history, surpassed only during the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, said an analyst at the Center of Budget and Policy Priorities, a Washington-based think tank.
