Video: Muse Urges Its Fans To Take The Red Pill

(PaulWatson) – Alternative rock megaband Muse have urged their millions of listeners to take the “red pill” and reject the babylon system of mindless popular culture and meaningless music – by inviting people to visit Alex Jones’ Prison Planet.com and Infowars.com via links on the band’s official website.

Muse’s links page features their own Facebook and MySpace pages as well as some fan sites, but a special section contains just four links, two of which lead to Prison Planet and Infowars.

Why does any of this matter? Because even before the release of their latest blockbuster The Resistance, Muse had sold 10 million albums worldwide and won countless awards, including five MTV Europe Music Awards, five Q Awards, eight NME Awards, two BRIT awards and four Kerrang! Awards. Muse’s The Resistance album is the culmination of their increasingly public vocal opposition to the new world order agenda, and has topped the album charts in no less than 19 countries worldwide. March 13: Civil Resistance to War and Empire in Nation’s Capital – Peace of the Action’s “Camp OUT NOW”, Washington, DC

Enough is enough! It’s time we up the ante and demand that our voices be heard and heeded. It’s time that the logical and rational voices of reason get a Peace of the Action.

While the wars in Central Asia and the Middle East rage hotter and hotter, and while the suppression of our civil liberties here in the U.S. continue, Peace of the Action is demanding an immediate cessation to U.S. hostilities.

Peace of the Action will be establishing Camp OUT NOW on the lawn of the Washington Monument (with or without governmental permission) on Saturday, March 13th, (exactly 23 days from today), to be a base of operations from which we will organize and direct daily acts of Civil Resistance throughout the DC area and until our demands are officially recognized. U.S. Wages Food War Against Somalia

(BlackAgendaReport) – While nearly half the population of Somalia teeters at the edge of starvation, the U.S. is preventing the United Nations from delivering desperately needed food. According to documents obtained by the New York Times, the Americans demand that aid agencies guarantee that no fees are paid “at roadblocks, ports, warehouses, airfields or other transit points” controlled by Shabab resistance fighters. Since the Shabab and other militias control more than half of the area in conflict, United Nations compliance with U.S. conditions would mean starvation for about three million people.Indeed, if international aid were restricted to areas controlled by the U.S.-backed puppet regime, only a few neighborhoods in Mogadishu, the capital, would be fed. A Revolution Without Guns – Non-Violent Resistance

“Non-Violence is a powerful weapon that can and will weaken the iron fist of the Occupation”
What is Non-Violent Resistance?
Non-Violence is an alternative to either armed resistance or passive acceptance of the status quo. It is both a strategy and a philosophy which rejects violence as a means to promote change, and instead aims to change power relations through assertive acts of omission (refusal to do something) or commission (actively challenging the status quo). It is a method by which to change the minds of both the oppressor and oppressed so that a new reality can be built upon different perceptions of the ‘other’. Continue reading

Honduran Resistance against US sponsored Regime Change – Interview with Rafael Alegría

Hundreds of thousands of Hondurans took to the streets on Wednesday, January 27 to protest the inauguration of Porfirio “Pepe” Lobo Soza. Lobo was the victor in fraudulent elections held last November and his new regime is seen by the Honduran resistance as a continuation and consolidation of the coup regime that first came to power by overthrowing democratically-elected President, Manuel Zelaya, on June 28, 2009. During the march I caught up with Rafael Alegría, a key leader in the National Resistance Front, and a leading Honduran figure in the international peasant movement, Vía Campesina. Continue reading

Video: I Am The Resistance – You can call me names but history knows I am a hero

Whenever there is injustice, there are people fighting it with every possible means. We have seen it so many times before: the oppressed rise up, the oppressor dehumanizes them calling them such names as “terrorists”, “saboteurs”, “death loving” extremists… It is only normal that the oppressor will always lie to justify his actions and its crimes. For Israel, a Reckoning – John Pilger

The farce of the climate change summit in Copenhagen affirmed a world war waged by the rich against most of humanity. It also illuminated a resistance growing perhaps as never before: an internationalism linking justice for the planet earth with universal human rights, and criminal justice for those who invade and dispossess with impunity. And the best news comes from Palestine. Continue reading

Resistance is NOT Futile — The Rise of “Resistance Journalism”

The enemies of freedom have standard weapons at their disposal that they have used throughout history.  These principally include propaganda, whatever high technology of the time period (including science and medicine), legislative bodies cooperating with their agenda, and enforcers willing to enslave their own people.  Many tyrannies of the past came in full force without much subtlety.  What we see today, however, is a carefully measured, softer approach that is aided by advanced knowledge in social engineering and mass manipulation. The Right To Resist

“I don’t even call it violence when it’s in self defense; I call it intelligence” -Malcom X
The overwhelming and ceaseless atrocities of Israel’s government leave most Palestinians with little opportunity to reflect on the moral aspect of our resistance. Most often our reactions to events are immediate, instinctive and emotional. The few who still manage to consider the moral, political and strategic aspects of our struggle may find themselves all but stymied by the contradictions, the lack of choice, and the damage done by war to both reason and conscience. Continue reading

If we want Policy instead of Speeches – Cynthia McKinney

President Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize was not the only news yesterday. And in my opinion, it’s not even the biggest news. It’s not even the saddest news. But it does provide us with some critical information as we move forward. The three-part question for us, tonight however, is “What are we moving forward TO; is that the place we want to go; and if not, what do we do about it? Continue reading

The Resistance Mounts

The Truth about Honduras

We Have the Moral High Ground – Cindy Sheehan

“There comes a time when silence is betrayal…” Dr. King, 1967

I remember back in the good ol’ days of 2005 and 2006 when being against the wars was not only politically correct, but it was very popular. I remember receiving dozens of awards, uncountable accolades and even was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Continue reading

Death of Political Prisoners in Palestine

The Palestinian Authority and Hamas movements have trespassed all the limits with their continuous arrests and torture of political activists, and then killing many of them them in their jails. The attitude of these two movements is now Jonaid jailsimilar to what the Israeli occupation has done and is still doing against the Palestinians in occupied Palestine. The Palestinian National Authority and Hamas have increased the incarceration of political activists, and committed hundreds of politicians, political activists and resistance members into their respective jails. (Yahoo) – For the first time in generations, people are challenging the view that a free-market order – the system that dominates the globe today – is the destiny of all nations. Tehran and Tegucigalpa: A Tale of Two Capitals

In Tehran, demonstrations called by the defeated US-backed presidential candidate are given non-stop, wall-to-wall coverage by the American media. Question Authority: Always and Forever Hereafter

Human progress is furthered, not by conformity, but by aberration.
~ H.L. Mencken
For some time, I have been trying to figure out why the nation and we as individuals are in the fix we are in now. Many reasons manifest themselves. We labor under a government of such monstrous reach and epic incompetence that it makes the Soviets now look like a paragon of efficiency and probity. Continue reading
