Where has all the money gone?

What is really happening with all our money? How can the People really understand all that is happening with all of this “money” and where it ends up? From Bernard Madoff, to the Iraq reconstruction and Army charity scams, hundreds of billions are missing. I won’t even get into the economic stimulus bills, where Members of Congress are only allowed 48 hours to read a 1,000+ page bill, with hand written notes along its sides. Why are these bills passed under immense pressure, threats even? Well…let’s take just one example.
