FSB Wants to Shut Down Sites at Will

(MoscowTimes) – Prosecutors may get to shut down web sites over extremism charges for an unlimited time if the State Duma passes new legislation drafted by the Federal Security Service, Vedomosti reported Friday.

Internet service providers will be obliged to shut down web sites within three days upon receiving a “motivated letter” from prosecutors, according to the draft.

Sites will be able to return online only after a court rules that they did not violate anti-extremism laws. Even if a web site wins its case, it may be kept offline for up to a month from the day it was suspended.

The FSB legislation is to be a part of a raft of amendments to the 1995 information law that is being prepared by the Communications and Press Ministry. – Source: Moscow Times

    People are catching on that Osama is a CIA(crimials in action)construct made up because the national security state needs an enemy to justify its continued waste of the people’s lucre and substance to enrich the killers in the military industrial complex(in all countries) Hell,if there were no wars who would need guns and drones and spies.
    People are catching on that Pearl harbor and 9/11 and Gulf of Tonkin and probably the sinking of that South Korean vessel were done at least with the complicity of the US government( or worse) to justify war and mass murder.
    People are catching on that Churchill and Roosevelt were guilty of crimes against humanity(see the firebombing of Dresden). Not to mention Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld Henry Kissinger and George Bush( both of them). Then, we have the bloody Rothschilds and Rockefellers with the stench of Satanic blood lust. OY Vey!
    And don’t get me started on that nutcase, wingnut,extremist Obama et al.
    We have seen the enemy and they are running the place into the ground.
