Ground-Based ‘Star Wars’

Disaster Or ‘Pure’ Research?

“The earth is delicately balanced, and seeks to restore balance when disturbed. No one really knows how ionospheric experiments will affect that balance, or what the earth will do in response to try to restore balance.”

Out of 30,000 Children, Zero are Autistic who have not been Vaccinated

But thousands of children cared for by Homefirst Health Services in metropolitan Chicago have at least two things in common with thousands of Amish children in rural Lancaster: They have never been vaccinated. And they don’t have autism.

“We have a fairly large practice. We have about 30,000 or 35,000 children that we’ve taken care of over the years, and I don’t think we have a single case of autism in children delivered by us who never received vaccines,” said Dr. Mayer Eisenstein Continue reading

Hamas is a child of Israel

So the U.S. Senate on Thursday passed by voice vote a resolution blindly supporting Israeli attacks on Gaza and heaping derision on Hamas.

This craven display should awaken anyone who sanguinely assumed that “everything changed” on November 4.

The Palestinians–Following in the Footsteps of the American Revolution

There is something soooooo familiar about all of this. Now, let’s see, we have on one side one of the most wealthy and militarily-powerful nations in the world throwing everything they have against a ragtag group of people fighting to rid their lands of foreign occupation. A military blockade has been imposed upon the native peoples, preventing them from engaging in business they need to sustain themselves. The occupying power, demonstrating its complete disregard for human life and the fact it does not distinguish between civilian and combatants is engaged in deliberately burning down entire towns in achieving its ends.

Naturally, the freedom fighters are called criminals and have no just basis for their grievances. The occupying power, understanding the paramount importance of decapitation, is actively engaged in hunting down the leaders of this movement.

Why, yes, that’s it–It’s the exact same scenario that took place a relatively short while ago between the British and the Americans in what came to be known as the American Revolution. Gripe and moan about it all you want, all you ‘patriotic” Americans who squirm at the fact that our own glorious war for independence is a mirrored reflection of what is taking place in the Middle East as Palestinians fight to rid their home of foreign occupiers, but it is what it is and there is no getting around it.

Israel follows the path of Nazi Germany

isrnazA striking similarity between Israel’s strategy in Palestine and Nazi long-term policy of extermination and annexation in Poland during the Second World War is clearly demonstrated by the Nuremberg Tribunal Charges and the Nuremberg Tribunal Judgement against Hans Frank, the Nazi Governor-General of the non-annexed occupied Poland in 1939 – 1945. It is absolutely shocking to read the documents and to see how many objectives and tactics in these two occupation theatres can be assessed as parallel. Continue reading

The Fed’s Bubble Trouble – Peter Schiff

A few weeks ago when the Fed announced a strategy designed to bring down long-term interest and home mortgage rates through unlimited Treasury bond purchases, government debt staged a spectacular rally. To the unschooled market observer, the spike may be difficult to understand. After all, why would the value of Treasury bonds rise while their underlying credit quality is deteriorating faster than Bernie Madoff’s social schedule? The move is actually a perfect illustration of the tried and true Wall Street strategy of “buy the rumor and sell the fact”. Continue reading

Weapons Killing People In Gaza, Made In USA – Ron Paul

United States House of Representatives
Statement on H Res 34, Recognizing Israel’s right to defend itself against attacks from Gaza, Reaffirming the United States strong support for Israel, and supporting the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. January 09, 2009 By Ron Paul:

Madame Speaker, I strongly oppose H. Res. 34, which was rushed to the floor with almost no prior notice and without consideration by the House Foreign Affairs Committee. The resolution clearly takes one side in a conflict that has nothing to do with the United States or US interests. I am concerned that the weapons currently being used by Israel against the Palestinians in Gaza are made in America and paid for by American taxpayers. What will adopting this resolution do to the perception of the United States in the Muslim and Arab world? What kind of blowback might we see from this? What moral responsibility do we have for the violence in Israel and Gaza after having provided so much military support to one side?

Israeli forces in Gaza have been accused of using unconventional weapons during their operations. Background of the HAARP Project

Military interest in space became intense during and after World War II because of the introduction of rocket science, the companion to nuclear technology. The early versions include the buzz bomb and guided missiles. They were thought of as potential carriers of both nuclear and conventional bombs.

Rocket technology and nuclear weapon technology developed simultaneously between 1945 and 1963. During this time of intensive atmospheric nuclear testing, explosions at various levels above and below the surface of the earth were attempted. Some of the now familiar descriptions of the earth’s protective atmosphere, such as the existence of the Van Allen belts, were based on information gained through stratospheric and ionospheric experimentation.

What’s Inside Darpa’s $21 Million ‘Liquid’ Laser?

Things are really beginning to heat up in the field of laser weapons. The giant Airborne Laser is finally gearing up for real-life, missile-zapping tests. New solid-state lasers like Raytheon’s Phalanx can already shoot down mortar rounds. Now, Darpa is weighing in with an yet another technology: HELLADS or “High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System.” Weaponeer Textron will get $21 million in Darpa bucks “to design, fabricate and test a Unit Cell Module for a 150 kilowatt (kW) Laser Weapon System,” according to a company press release.

As you’d expect from Darpa, the new laser is aiming for quantum leap, with a power-to-weight ratio ten times better than existing laser systems. The end product will be the size of a large refrigerator and weight of 1650 pounds. And a hundred and fifty kilowatts is real weapons-grade, compared to existing solid state lasers which still zap in the tens of kilowatts.
