(YahooFinance) – There’s a lot of talk these days about America being an empire in decline. Gerald Celente, director of the Trends Research Institute, goes a step further, arguing America is following a similar path as the former Soviet Union. Video Link Here

“You Have to Learn Lessons from History” – Cindy Sheehan

I was just watching a report on CNN and after the commentator said that support for Afghanistan is rapidly dwindling (58 percent now think it’s not worth fighting), an interview with Obama was shown. Continue reading

USA Sick and Ready to Collapse for Three Reasons

The map of the collapse of the United States in 2010, made by Russian scientist of politics Igor Panarin, has received millions of views in the United States over one day only. The Wall Street Journal published the map on its front page at the end of 2008. Continue reading

Video: “Afghan drug trafficking brings US $50 billion a year”

(RussiaToday) – The US is not going to stop the production of drugs in Afghanistan as it covers the costs of their military presence there, says Gen. Mahmut Gareev, a former commander during the USSR’s operations in Afghanistan. Continue reading

The Real Grand Chessboard and the Profiteers of War

In the Road to 9/11 I summarized the dialectic of open societies: how from their energy they expand, leading to a higher level of more secretive corporations and agencies, which eventually weaken the home country through needless and crushing wars.[4] I am not alone in seeing America in the final stages of this process, which since the Renaissance has brought down Spain, the Netherlands, and Great Britain. Ukrainian Follies: Creating More Needless Defense Dependents

(C4L) – President Barack Obama promised “change,” but his foreign policy looks a lot like that of his predecessors. Vice President Joseph Biden recently traveled to Georgia and Ukraine to reiterate the Obama administration’s support for expanding NATO along Russia’s border. The Obama administration apparently views security commitments as the international equivalent of party favors, to be distributed to anyone who shows up. Continue reading

Question Authority: Always and Forever Hereafter

Human progress is furthered, not by conformity, but by aberration.
~ H.L. Mencken
For some time, I have been trying to figure out why the nation and we as individuals are in the fix we are in now. Many reasons manifest themselves. We labor under a government of such monstrous reach and epic incompetence that it makes the Soviets now look like a paragon of efficiency and probity. Continue reading

A recent survey from internet security consultancy, Cryptohippie, suggests that the UK is setting the pace in at least one area – though being classified as the West’s most repressive regime when it comes to electronic surveillance might not be a title that this government is entirely happy to wear. USSR – Illuminati Experiment Was “Social Catastrophe”

As we edge toward world government, it pays to recall the Illuminati’s last great social experiment, Soviet Communism, which Juri Lina describes as a “social catastrophe.” Continue reading

Video: Electronic Police State 2008

Most of us are aware that our governments monitor nearly every form of electronic communication. We are also aware of private companies doing the same. This strikes most of us as slightly troubling, but very few of us say or do much about it. There are two primary reasons for this: Continue reading

Ground-Based ‘Star Wars’

Disaster Or ‘Pure’ Research?

“The earth is delicately balanced, and seeks to restore balance when disturbed. No one really knows how ionospheric experiments will affect that balance, or what the earth will do in response to try to restore balance.”

U.S. Military Fails To Learn An Ancient Military Lesson: No Industrial Economy Equals No Army

It wasn’t long ago that the world watched the collapse of the Soviet Empire. At the time, the USSR had a mighty military force that was overextended throughout the world and was bogged down in Afghanistan. Within a flash in 1989, the Soviet Union came tumbling down, not because it could not produce tanks and nuclear warheads, but because it couldn’t produce bread. The collapse happened so rapidly it even surprised the U.S. intelligence community.

The United States is now inexplicably suffering the same fate. The country can produce a stealth bomber, but it can’t produce a pair of shoes. Ronald Reagan must be turning in his grave. Continue reading
