Loss of American Citizenship and Assassinations – David McKalip, M.D.

“I desire what is good. Therefore, everyone who does not agree with me is a traitor.” King George III .

“That it is better 100 guilty Persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer, is a Maxim that has been long and generally approved.” Benjamin Franklin, letter to Benjamin Vaughan, March 14, 1785

“As many of you know, it has been reported that President Obama has signed an order authorizing the assassination of [American Citizen] al-Awlaki… ..no one argues that a President doesn’t have the right to issue such an order. Senator Joe Lieberman, 5/6/10.

(CampaignForLiberty) – Imagine you are sitting home on a quiet Sunday afternoon in conversation with your beloved spouse. Suddenly your husband slumps over, blood draining from his head as a sniper’s bullet shatters your living room window. Your husband has just been assassinated by a government agent and it is later discovered — after ten years of painful inquiries carried out under the threat of your own assassination — that your husband was targeted as an enemy combatant and a terrorist. (NaturalNews) – Do healing foods work better than Big Pharma’s drugs? The results speak for themselves – Mike Adams

The drug industry is constantly trying to convince you that drugs are good for your health while nutritional supplements and healthy foods are somehow bad for you. This same line of nonsense is also repeated by the FDA, which goes out of its way to censor the truth about the healing properties of natural foods like walnuts, cherries and berries. Read More Here

(CNN) – ‘Shocking’ conditions at Tylenol plant

The quality and safety violations that led to the shutdown of a Tylenol plant were extremely serious, and could lead to tough action by regulators on drugmaker Johnson & Johnson.
“This inspection report is pretty close to being the worst I’ve seen. It suggests that basically the FDA found an issue with almost every system at the plant,” said Lebo, who had previously worked for Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical sourcing group in 2002. Lebo said he left that job after nine months because the work required too much travel. Read More Here

New target of rights erosions: U.S. citizens – Glenn Greenwald

A primary reason Bush and Cheney succeeded in their radical erosion of core liberties is because they focused their assault on non-citizens with foreign-sounding names, casting the appearance that none of what they were doing would ever affect the average American.  There were several exceptions to that tactic — the due-process-free imprisonment of Americans Yaser Hamdi and Jose Padilla, the abuse of the “material witness” statute to detain American Muslims, the eavesdropping on Americans’ communications without warrants — but the vast bulk of the abuses were aimed at non-citizens.  That is now clearly changing. Obama Administration Proposes Rolling Back Fifth and Sixth Amendments

(NYTimes) – Editor’s note: Not even Obama’s predecessor suggested such draconian measures. Obama wants a modification that strikes at ideas established in the Magna Carta of 1215 and British common law — due process and a right to a speedy trial.

President Obama’s legal advisers are considering asking Congress to allow the government to detain terrorism suspects longer after their arrests before presenting them to a judge for an initial hearing, according to administration officials familiar with the discussions. Continue reading

Professors: Arizona law passes constitutional test

(Alipac) – A panel of three law professors discussing Arizona’s anti-illegal immigration law Thursday at UCSD concurred that the law could well pass constitutional muster, although violations could occur as police officers enforce it.

The measure was signed into law last month by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer. Among other things, it empowers local police to check a person’s immigration status if there is reasonable suspicion the person is in the country illegally and forbids agencies from adopting so-called “sanctuary” policies that restrict officers’ enforcement of federal immigration laws. 8 Long Term Economic and Environmental Effects of the Gulf Oil Spill

(EconomicCollapse) – As oil continues to pour into the Gulf of Mexico at a staggering rate, many are now starting to realize that the pain from this oil spill will be felt not just for months or years – but for decades.  At least 4.2 million gallons of oil (and some estimates put the total at far higher than that) are already in the Gulf of Mexico causing untold damage to the ecologically fragile Louisiana coast.  The oil has already made contact with the Chandeleur Islands off of the coast of Louisiana, and over the next few days more areas are expected to see oil come ashore.  But just because this disaster is unfolding in slow-motion does not mean that this is not going to be a complete and utter tragedy for the Gulf Coast region.  In fact, many of those living along the Gulf Coast now fear that this oil spill is going to do far more damage to the region than Hurricane Katrina did.  And after Hurricane Katrina and everything else that folks living down there have been through over the past several years, the thought of weathering another massive tragedy is almost too much. Feds tell court they can decide what you eat

(WorldNetDaily) – Attorneys for the federal government have argued in a lawsuit pending in federal court in Iowa that individuals have no “fundamental right” to obtain what food they choose.

The brief was filed April 26 in support of a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund over the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s ban on the interstate sale of raw milk.

“There is no ‘deeply rooted’ historical tradition of unfettered access to foods of all kinds,” states the document signed by U.S. Attorney Stephanie Rose, assistant Martha Fagg and Roger Gural, trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. Continue reading

(GlobalResearch) – “War without Borders”: Obama’s “Long War” – Michel Chossudovsky

The concept of the “long war” has characterised military doctrine since the end of World War II. The broader objective of global military dominance in support of an imperial project was first formulated under the Truman administration in the late 1940s at the outset of the Cold War.

The 2000 Project for the New American Century (PNAC), which was the backbone of the NeoCon’s agenda  was predicated on “waging a war without borders”.  The PNAC’s declared objectives was to  “fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theater wars” in different regions of the World as well  perform the so-called military “constabulary” duties “associated with shaping the security environment in critical regions”. Global constabulary implies a Worldwide process of military policing and interventionism. (Project for a New American Century, Rebuilding Americas Defenses.pdf, September 2000) Continue reading

It claims the sweeping reform of the $2.5 trillion U.S. healthcare system, pushed through by Democrats in the U.S. Congress after months of bitter partisan wrangling, violates state government rights in the U.S. Constitution and will force massive new spending on hard-pressed state governments.
