Former Australian pilot says toxic engine fumes made him sick
(TheAustralian) – A FORMER pilot for Australia’s largest airline claims he was paralysed in mid-flight because of “aerotoxic syndrome” – exposure to toxic engine fumes on airliners, The Sunday Telegraph reports.
Campaigners say that poisonous chemicals leaking into the aircraft cabin cause symptoms ranging from dizziness, hallucinations, memory loss and fatigue to seizures and even paralysis.
Passengers are also thought to be affected, but campaigners say the symptoms are often confused with jetlag, so few complain.
A blood test is being developed in America to detect evidence of low-level exposure – a key step in proving that aerotoxic syndrome is a genuine illness. Full article here

(Infowars) – Via news outlet the Global Times, the Chinese State laments the “issue of unauthorized births” in light of the UN’s stated goal of “efficient population control.”
The UN’s World population Day, July 11, was originally set up in 1989 by the Governing Council of the United Nations Development Programma to “raise awareness of global population issues.”
“The theme of this year’s 21st World Population Day”, mentions the article, “is “Everyone Counts”, and the activities in China will focus on the 2010 population census and emphasize the right to life.”
“In China”, the article goes on to say, “the issue of unauthorized births is at the forefront of its efforts to control the growth of its population as it undermines the country’s family planning policy, or “one-child policy”, which was implemented in 1980.” Continue reading
MSM: Holder – U.S. may take further legal action against Ariz. immigration law
(WashingtonPost) – Attorney General Eric Holder said Sunday that if the federal government fails to stop Arizona’s controversial immigration law from taking effect, it may launch a second legal challenge to combat any racial profiling that takes place.
The Obama administration is suing Arizona over the state law, set to take effect July 29, which would make it a state crime for a person to be in the country illegally. It requires local law enforcement during all “lawful stops” to question a person about his or her immigration status if there is “reasonable suspicion” that the person may be an illegal immigrant.
In its July 6 court filing, the Justice Department argued that the Arizona law is unconstitutional because the power to set immigration policy and enforce it resides with the federal government and not the states. Read entire article
